Gibson ES-335 - USA 2013
Pickup currently unavailable
Introduced in 1958, the Gibson ES-335 was the world’s first commercially available semi-hollow electric guitar—and it remains one of the most iconic. Designed to bridge the gap between the rich, resonant tones of a hollowbody and the feedback resistance of a solidbody, the ES-335 quickly found favour with players across genres. From B.B. King to Dave Grohl, it’s been a constant presence on stages and records for over six decades.
This 2013 example is a clean, all-original guitar in classic Sunburst with nickel hardware and Grover tuners. The neck is smooth and fast, and the frets show only minimal wear. It’s been lightly played and very well looked after.
A String Butler V3 has been installed to improve tuning stability by correcting the string break angle over the nut—an effective and non-invasive upgrade that enhances playability without altering the guitar’s originality.
A timeless classic with modern build quality and unbeatable tonal versatility.
