For the first time we experience a Kanile'a with a torrefied spruce top, this is coupled with Claro Walnut. This wood for sides and back is known for its balance and response. Breedlove described it this way. "Warm and earthy with the overtone depth of rosewood and the the clarity of mahogany. It works together with this special spruce perfectly.” 

The new bracing from Kanile'a is being introduced on this model and the basic idea is to offer stronger structural support with less weight. You can get a glimpse of the design of the transverse braces in the pictures and video. It just shows the continued growth and development of Kanile'a. 

This beautiful Ukulele presents in near new condition, with only some very small nicks in the top, barely visible to the naked eye. This uke comes equipped with an LR Baggs pickup which sounds the goods, complementing this beauty's acoustic resonance wonderfully. 

This Super Concert has a concert size body and fits into a concert case, but it has a tenor scale length neck. This gives the roominess of a tenor neck and adds clarity and sustain to the sound.
