The AC30HW series was offered in three variations: the AC30HW2 featuring two Celestion Greenback 12-inch speakers, the AC30HW2X with two Celestion Blue Alnico 12-inch speakers for a more vintage-voiced response, and the AC30HWH head version based on the same hand-wired circuitry in a standalone format. This example reflects the HW2 configuration, delivering the Greenback-loaded version of the design.

Construction quality is exceptional, with internal workmanship and component selection reflecting Vox UK specifications.
