Supro 1650R Reverb Combo - USA

Supro's modern lineup draws heavily on the look and feel of the brand's 1960s amps, and the 1605R Reverb is one of the standouts from that range: a small, single-ended Class A combo built around a lone 6V6 power tube, aimed squarely at players chasing genuine low-wattage tube breakup and real tube spring reverb rather than a digital approximation of it.

This example is serial number 95, finished in Supro's signature Blue Rhino Hide tolex over a poplar cabinet with the classic silver and blue grille cloth. Under the hood it runs two 12AX7 preamp valves and a 12AT7 driving the reverb tank, into a single 6V6 power valve for a genuine 5 watts of all-valve Class A output, paired with a custom-voiced 8" Supro SS8 speaker. Controls are kept deliberately simple: independent gain and master volume, and a 2-band treble/bass EQ, with no tremolo on this particular model, just the reverb.

One detail that sets the 1605R apart from most small combos in this class is around the back: three line-level outputs (wet, dry and mix) taken from the preamp stage ahead of the master volume, intended for feeding another amp or straight into a recording interface or console, a genuinely useful feature for a bedroom or studio player who wants the amp's tone without miking it up every time.

The amp is in excellent, clean condition with no visible marks to the tolex or grille cloth, and comes complete with its Australian power lead.
