Singular Sound BeatBuddy Pedal Drum Machine - USA

The BeatBuddy, from Miami's Singular Sound, was the pedal that popularised the idea of a hands-free, foot-controlled drum machine for solo guitarists and small bands, launched via a successful Indiegogo campaign in 2014 and picking up a Best in Show award at that year's NAMM Show. Rather than programming beats on a drum machine's own tiny interface, it plays through full, realistic drum tracks and fills via a colour LCD screen, controlled entirely by the additional and included footswitch while your hands stay on your instrument. The footswitch does not come standard with the BeatBuddy.

Drum kits and song files load from a removable SD card, with rotary controls on the main unit for volume, tempo and kit/song selection, and pass-through 1/4" audio jacks so it can sit inline with a PA or amp. It also offers MIDI sync and a USB connection for transferring beats and updates from a computer. The separate two-button Footswitch accessory (included here) recognises single taps, double taps and sustained presses to start, stop, trigger fills and move between song parts without needing to look down or reach for the unit itself.

Comes complete with its original box and the matching BeatBuddy Footswitch, also boxed. Condition is very good.
