Ibanez UCEWQM Exotic Woods Quilted Maple - USA 1992

During the early 1990s, Ibanez embarked on an ambitious project to produce a limited range of USA Custom guitars, combining American craftsmanship with the company's modern design philosophy. Built in relatively small numbers, these instruments sat above the standard production range of the era and featured premium tonewoods, boutique construction and appointments that were rarely seen on regular Ibanez models. Today, genuine USA Custom guitars remain some of the rarest instruments in Ibanez's history and are seldom offered for sale.

Offered here is a 1992 Ibanez USA Custom UCEWQM finished in Natural over a beautifully figured quilted maple top. It features a birdseye maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, HSH pickup configuration, black hardware and a licensed Floyd Rose locking tremolo. The rear of the neck is stamped "Made in U.S.A." and carries serial number 92122. Presented in very good condition for its age, it is supplied with a non original hard shell case.
