    From Gibson:

‘The Gibson SJ-200 is the world's most famous acoustic guitar and earned its designation as the "King of the Flat-Tops." Since its release in 1937, its wide use by American artists has made the Super Jumbo one of the most widely played acoustic guitars of our time. The most striking features of the new SJ-200 Original include the carved four bar Moustache bridge, an engraved tortoise pickguard, mother-of-pearl crown fretboard and headstock inlay, and exquisite flamed maple back and sides. The SJ-200 is an American original with its shape and elegant appearance.’

This fine Gibson SJ-200 was built in September 2001 at the Gibson Nashville plant in Tennessee. She is in excellent condition with very little evidence of player wear – there are no nicks & dings, surface scratches or checking and looks near-new, quite astounding for a 22-year-old instrument! The neck is the well-known wide, flat profile neck and is extremely comfortable to play. This is definitely one of the nicer playing Gibson acoustics we have come across.

Frets show very little wear and have lots of life in them. Gotoh Keystone tuners are in perfect working condition.

The jumbo body is very comfortable to play, extremely resonant and great sustain with notes that really ring out with chimey, bell-like tones. Professionally set up & ready for action.

Comes with its original plush lined Gibson hard case in excellent condition.
