Electro-Harmonix Freeze Sound Retainer - USA 2016

The Electro-Harmonix Freeze is one of those pedals that does one thing and does it brilliantly: it captures whatever you're playing the instant you step on it and sustains that sound indefinitely, turning a single note or chord into an endless drone or pad to solo or improvise over. It's become a staple for ambient players, loopers and anyone wanting to layer live sound on the fly without reaching for a looper pedal.

It works by grabbing a real-time sample of the input signal and looping it seamlessly, with three selectable response modes: Fast and Slow decay settings that let the captured sound fade out naturally, and a Latch mode for genuinely infinite sustain until you switch it off. A single Effect Level knob sets the volume of the sustained signal, and a status LED shows when the effect is active or fading. It runs a buffered bypass, digital circuit, and housed in EHX's compact nano-sized enclosure.

Comes complete with its original box, pouch and the included Electro-Harmonix paperwork. Condition is excellent, as new.
