Lovetone

Lovetone Pedal Set - UK 1990s
Pickup currently unavailable
A dream board for the tone connoisseur: a full suite of original Lovetone pedals - some of the rarest and most revered effects ever made, now highly collectable and increasingly hard to find.
Lovetone was a small UK-based company founded in the mid-1990s by Dan Coggins and Vlad Naslas. Known for their eccentric designs, wild graphics, and uncompromising sonic vision, Lovetone pedals became the secret weapon of countless experimental and high-profile artists - from Radiohead and The Edge to J Mascis and Kevin Shields. Built in extremely limited numbers, these hand-made analog units are now the stuff of legend.
This collection includes:
Wobulator (Vibrato/Tremolo)
A stereo modulation powerhouse that combines tremolo, vibrato, and envelope-controlled movement with dual outputs and LFO-shaping. From gentle pulses to full-on rotary swirl, this pedal excels at spatial depth.
Meatball (Envelope Filter)
One of the most flexible envelope filters ever made, offering deep control over frequency range, sweep direction, Q, and response. Perfect for funk, dub, or spaced-out ambient tones.
Doppelganger (Phaser/Vibrato)
A dual optical phase shifter with two LFOs and envelope-following capabilities. Capable of lush sweeps, pitchy warble, or mind-bending phase chaos.
Big Cheese (Fuzz)
A cult-classic fuzz with selectable tone-shaping modes and searing output. From thick sustain to gated splatter, it's a favourite of Johnny Greenwood and many noise aficionados.
Brown Source (Overdrive/Distortion)
A thick, vintage-voiced drive pedal with stackable tones and mid-heavy character. Great for adding grit and warmth, with a touch-sensitive feel.
Flange With No Name (Flanger)
A fully tweakable analog flanger that can be subtle or wildly self-oscillating. Envelope-following options and unique modulation make it a creative standout.
Ring Stinger (Ring Mod/Octave/Fuzz)
The most experimental in the lineup, combining ring mod, fuzz, and sub/octave tones. Capable of everything from robot clang to unpredictable octave warps.
These pedals show some only very light wear and markings from professional use in both live and studio settings and are in fully functional condition. They’ve been well looked after and recently serviced, ensuring reliable performance while retaining their character and originality.
This complete board is worth well over AUD $15,000 and includes a 240V power source for Australian use. Whether you’re a serious collector, producer, or sonic adventurer, this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to own the definitive Lovetone setup—an iconic piece of boutique pedal history.
