Vintage Fender Twin Reverb 2 x 12" Combo - USA 1976

The Fender Twin Reverb from the 1970s Silverface era is about as iconic as a guitar amp can get – one that defines an entire generation of sound.

This is an immaculate, Fullerton made Twin Reverb from 1976. These amps are legendary for being very versatile, super clean and having plenty of headroom. That’s 100 watts of power at 8 ohms. They take pedals with ease, and the master volume allows for dialling in the right sound at the right volume. 

These amps are totally bullet proof. This one has done plenty of gigs and never missed a beat. It has had no major repairs because none were needed. Just some servicing from time to time.

Everything appears to be original from the outside, but we have not yet investigated inside. These amps were all hand wired, with point to point circuitry. No circuit boards here. The two original Fender branded 12” speakers are intact and sounding great. The reverb is dripping with tone and depth, and the tremolo is unmistakeable throbbing Fender.

This amp is in excellent condition with hardly a mark on it - the control display is clean, the black tolex is largely unblemished and there are no holes or tears in the front grill panel. This one has certainly been looked after! And, as a bonus, this TR has wheels - so less back issues on the lug! 

A true Fender classic, kept in incredible condition, presenting as virtually original, with that big, clean, spacious sound that is synonymous with the Silverface era of Fender.

Comes with leather protective cover, original Fender hangtags and warranty/owner's manual, original schematics but no footswitch.
