Vintage Fender Musicmaster - USA 1978

Presenting the 1978 Fender MusicMaster in Olympic White. This vintage gem boasts a compact and lightweight body, a short-scale design, and an easy-to-use control system. Despite its small size, the MusicMaster delivers exceptional sound quality and craftsmanship. The guitar's design allows for a rich, vintage tone that remains robust and full even after years of play.

While there are some scratches, paint blemishes and signs of player wear, they are consistent with its age and do not detract from its overall great player condition.It is a light and lively guitar with a comfortable low action and accurate intonation. Super comfortable to play.

This Musicmaster has had some modifications including a thick Warmoth neck being installed - the current owner enjoys the baseball bat feel of these necks, the original rosewood board neck is included in the sale (shown in photos). The Warmoth neck has a compound radius and side tilt adjustment. The original pickup has been replaced with a Fender Noiseless, the original is in the case. Additionally the volume pot and knob have been replaced with the originals also included in the case.

This 1978 Fender Musicmaster is in player condition and in perfect working order. This simple but sweet vintage Fender is over 45 years old, with at least another 45 years of musical stories to tell.

Comes in a Dickson's gig bag in good condition.
