This 2023 model is the pure circuit version — no reverb, no tremolo — just the stripped-back essence of what makes a great amp sing. At ~18 watts, powered by a pair of 6L6s and a GZ34 rectifier (with the option to drop in 6V6s and 5Y3 without rebiasing), this J-20 delivers glassy cleans, buttery overdrive, and the kind of note bloom and sag that inspires your best playing. The two-channel layout (Normal and Bright) with independent volume controls and shared tone knob allows for beautiful interactivity and sculpting of gain and EQ. And the VAC (Variable Attenuation Control) lets you wind the volume back to around 5 watts without losing that Lazy J magic — perfect for home, studio, or small gigs.

Finished in Jesse’s signature lacquered aged tweed, with a Celestion Alnico Blue speaker and finger-jointed pine cabinet, this amp is a visual and tonal love letter to late-‘50s Fender design.
