Takamine EAN15C - Japan 2000
Pickup currently unavailable
Takamine established its reputation in the 1970s and 80s as one of Japan’s leading acoustic guitar builders, becoming especially well known for producing reliable, great sounding instruments used by professional musicians worldwide. By the time this EAN15C was built in 2000, Takamine’s Japanese made acoustics were firmly regarded for their consistency, clarity, and stage ready performance.
Built with a solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides, the EAN15C balances clarity with warmth, offering a focused low end, articulate mids, and a clean, open top. It is a responsive, musical build that suits both fingerstyle and strummed playing without feeling stiff or overly bright.
This example shows noticeable player wear throughout, giving it a comfortable, broken in feel with plenty of character. It has received a refret during its life under the previous owner, contributing to its current playability. It is a fantastic sounding, player grade instrument and comes supplied with its original hard shell case.
