From Schecter –
“7-String guitars are a breed apart. The Schecter® Diamond Series® C-7 solidbody guitar sports a 26½" scale that keeps your Low-B sounding nice and tight; this also imparts a unique sound to the rest of the instrument. Schecter®'s 7-String design and construction techniques (3-Piece neck, string-through-body construction) all contribute to the C-7's unique, authoritative, eminently musical voice.”

This big beast is a tonal world apart. That extra string can provide a whole palette of tones unique to an instrument such as this. The C-7’s extended 26½-inch scale adds a useful touch of extra tension to the low B-String for increased definition, even when the distortion is piled on - and the other strings feel unaffected by the added tension. There's just a bit more twang in the tone - and that's important if you want your bottom string riffs to stand out live or in a mix.
The pickups are labelled “Duncan Designed” and, using active circuitry, are clean and articulate when down low, rising in intensity and thickness when dialled up to crunch or shred mode.
This guitar is in very good condition - low action, straight neck, solid tuners, and a good setup allowing comfortable and fast playing in all areas. A few small nicks here and there, barely noticeable, and some light buckle rash on the back, but not through the lacquer. Overall very clean & ready to rock.
Very hard to find a quality seven string in left handed orientation, but here it is. The Schecter Diamond Series C-7 is a 7-String guitar done right.
Comes in its Gator hard shell case in good condition.
