From Fender –
“Played on countless hit recordings for decades now, the mid-'60s Deluxe Reverb is a timeless Fender classic and one of the most indispensable workhorse guitar amps ever made. Moderately powered and producing a full, snappy and crystalline tone revered in studios from Muscle Shoals to Abbey Road and on stages worldwide, it's a must-have tone machine.
Today, the '65 Deluxe Reverb is still one of the coolest amps around, with the fantastic sound and vintage mid-'60s style still prized by rock, blues and country players everywhere. A classic then and a classic now.”

The 22-watt '65 Deluxe Reverb just bleeds tube tone, thanks to its four 12AX7s, two 12AT7s, two 6V6s, and a 5AR4 rectifier tube - not to mention that both the reverb and vibrato are tube driven.
Regarding the great speaker in this amp - we at PREMIER GUITARS have noticed that quite a few owners of silverface Deluxe Reverbs from the 1970s are replacing the old and underperforming original speakers with a 12" Jensen C12K, which is the speaker in this Reissue.
This particular amp was bought new from a well known Sydney retailer by its one owner in 2012. It has been used lightly and looked after extremely well. It has had no repairs or modifications because it doesn’t need any. This amp presents as new – not a blemish or mark anywhere on it. It would easily suit a new buyer.
The '65 Deluxe Reverb is the perfect amp for anyone who craves pure Fender tone but doesn't need a ton of wattage, or who doesn’t want to pay around A$3K for a Silverface original.
Comes with its owners manual and original Fender footswitch.
