The B 300 stage /custom is made to precise specifications by Triff Guitars in Switzerland.
This is an extremely well made and nicely balanced travel guitar which can be packed down into a suitcase and taken with you anywhere you wish. It is also a thoroughly professional and very light 2 pickup electric guitar which can certainly be used on stage or in the studio.
It has been well thought out and feels very comfortable when standing up or sitting down.
Similar to the original Steinberger guitars, the strings are tight tuned by means of six thumbscrews accessible at the lower body of the guitar.
The six saddle metal bridge allows string height and scale adjustment for each string.

Triff’s patented “Body Clip” allows the guitar to be played standing up with a strap, or sitting comfortably on your knee. The Body Clip can be easily removed to fit into its soft carry case, making it the smallest full scale travel guitar in the world.
The collapsible Body-Clip is made of stainless steel tube segments. An integrated elastic cord strings all its segments together, guaranteeing easy assembly. When locked together, the segments form a stable unit. When the Body Clip is attached to the back of the guitar, the instrument feels as familiar as a regular guitar, only much lighter. And even without the Body Clip, the B300 is still quite balanced and comfortable to play.
Sound quality, playability and handling, as well as portability were the main considerations in the development of The Bone guitar. Select woods and finishes, electronic components and specially developed hardware were carefully selected to meet these requirements.
The humbuckers sound big and fat, and each has a coil split function which, when combined with the 3 way toggle switch, allows for 6 distinctive and very useable tones. It may be a travel guitar but this little thing can stand up and rock with the best of them.
This B300 is in excellent, virtually new condition. It has been looked after by one fastidious owner, and shows no sign of player wear at all. It has been set up with a fast low action, and sounds huge when plugged in. But it is acoustically loud enough for practice without an amp.
It is an old adage that when the Swiss make something, they do it well. This guitar is continuing evidence of that.
Comes in its own two-compartment soft case in excellent condition.
