Here is a cool and collectible 1992 Gibson SG Custom 1967 reissue. This is one of only 100 made to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the classic 1967 SG Custom.

The early 1990s proved to be an eventful period for the Gibson company. It was during this time that Gibson developed the idea for limited edition replicas of popular artists’ instruments. Going beyond simply replicating sought after guitars from the company’s past, these guitars were initially based on tried and true vintage designs, but sometimes added improvements to make the instrument more functional for players’ needs. This was the formative inspiration behind the establishment of Gibson’s Historic Division in 1993, and the embryonic Gibson Custom Shop.
So this guitar pre-dates Gibson Historic, but was built with the same care and attention to detail that characterises Custom Shop instruments.
It’s in excellent structural and cosmetic condition, showing minimal wear. Electronics are all original, and the gold hardware still looks great. The action is low, and the neck profile is medium and mighty comfortable. And this one comes without the Maestro, so it stays in tune.
Weight is 7.8 lbs. Nut width is 1 11/16″.
Everything remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. All electronics work as they should and the pickups sound just fine.
Comes in its original Gibson case is in excellent condition.
