Description
Epiphone’s long friendship with innovator Les Paul dates back to the late ’30s and early ’40s when Les, working at night at the Epiphone factory on 14th Street in New York City, created one of the world’s first solidbody electric guitars, “The Log.”
Over the years, Les continued to work closely with Epiphone luthiers reviewing new product ideas and offering suggestions. The Epiphone Les Paul Model honours our friendship with Les by combining his classic design features with legendary Epiphone quality and value.

This is a classy looking Les Paul in very good condition. The maple cap is considerably more stripey than most Epi Les Pauls we have seen, and the Faded Lemon Burst is quite stunning.
The original machine heads have been replaced with high quality Grover tuners. And the pickguard is missing – easily replaced if needed.
There is some light player wear but this guitar has been well maintained. The frets are in good shape, the neck is comfortable with a properly functioning truss rod, tuners are solid. The construction & components are high quality and it is an easy player that sounds way better than your average Epi LP – not exactly sure of the pickup spec but they sound mighty good.
Comes in an after-market hard shell case in good condition.
