Despite its age, the guitar has only a few repaired back cracks and a repaired headstock crack. The headstock crack, in particular, appears to have been a minor issue and the headstock never broke off fully, in fact the crack is diagonal as shown in the photos. This crack was expertly repaired, maintaining the integrity and durability of the guitar. These repairs do not detract from the guitar’s overall appearance or performance, making this 1960 Gibson J-45 a fantastic choice for players looking for that vintage sound!
